Janeen spent time with us initially explaining the process, the market, and what to expect, while listening to our wants and needs in a home. Once we found our place, Janeen made the negotiating process as easy as possible and made sure we got the home of our dreams. Since moving in, she has continued to check in with us to make sure we are happy and has even provided some additional contacts to help us put the final touches on our place.

Joe is amazing! We are so happy with our new home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us through some rather challenging situations through our close. When we finally moved in, some of the new appliances were improperly hooked up and he managed to go above and beyond to get the seller to send out technicians immediately to make things right.
